At the moment, flatpak packages containing the line `DBusActivatable=true` fail to launch from both the app menu or via the `gtk-launch` command. (For example [`org.gnome.design.Palette`](https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.gnome.design.Palette))

Added a patch to flatpak that defaults to `/run/current-system/sw/bin/flatpak` if the `FLATPAK_BINARY` variable is not found.

I could lend a hand with GNOME stuff—my uncle’s a Linux nerd/dev and he’s taught me tons.
Are we planning to fork the entire NixOS modules system, including that cool dconf module from 23.11? If that’s the case, we’ve got a solid shot at crafting some truly delightful default experiences that could really make Aux stand out
